About the Artist
Hi, I’m Caitlin — the artist and creative voice behind Prismatic Cauldron.
I find beauty in chaos and believe creativity exists in many forms—sometimes planned, often unexpected.
By day, I work as a bookkeeper, project manager, and digital assistant, supporting small businesses and creatives behind the scenes. That balance between structure and creativity shapes everything I do—combining organization, problem-solving, and adaptability with an intuitive, expressive art practice.
My work and writing explore fluidity, transformation, and the moments where ideas reveal themselves through motion, chance, and curiosity.
As a visual artist, I use a hydrodipping technique—layering spray paint on water and transferring it onto glass—to create one-of-a-kind pieces shaped by movement and imperfection. Each piece develops organically, reflecting my belief that unpredictability is not something to be controlled, but embraced.
Prismatic Cauldron began with a simple desire to make everyday spaces more artistic and functional. What started as repurposing recycled glass—often jars that once held food or objects found in thrift stores—into vibrant, usable art grew into a broader creative practice that now includes digital artwork and writing.
This space exists not only to share finished pieces, but to document the creative journey itself. Here, I explore creativity in its many forms—art, writing, experimentation, progress, missteps, and the ideas that emerge along the way.
Based in Florida, my work is an ongoing exploration of color, movement, and creative expression—inviting you to experience both the art and the thinking behind it.
